EMERGENCY SERVICES

When a crisis hits and you need to talk to many people fast, we are here to help.

The situation is usually a project slipping, a senior leaving with what they know in their head, a deadline the team will miss, or a crisis that has gone executive. Hiring is too slow for any of them. Consulting is too thin to leave anything behind once it leaves.

We stand up a small team inside your environment, run by us, paid on your payroll cycle. The first executive assessment lands inside 24 hours. The knowledge infrastructure that produces it stays with you when the engagement ends.

WHO WE HELP

Each of the four triggers gets the same first move.

A project in distress.

A delivery slipping with nobody owning the slip, scope creep nobody is escalating, a leadership disagreement that is paralysing decisions. We sit with the team, capture what each person actually knows about the state of the project, surface the conflicts and the missing decisions, and stand up an operating cadence the team can keep without us once the situation is closed.

Loss of a key resource.

A senior is leaving, has just left, or is on extended leave. We run a structured handoff interview with them while they are still reachable, plus a tier interview across everyone who worked with them. The result is a knowledge graph of what the person held, who else holds adjacent pieces of it, and which pieces are at risk of leaving the building permanently.

A crunch deadline.

A ship date the team is about to miss. The orchestration layer we install tracks every pending task, every dependency, and every blocker, and writes them back to Linear and Notion in real time. The team's hours stay on the work.

A crisis in progress.

A regulatory event, a security incident, or a customer escalation that has gone executive. We capture the timeline of events as they happen and the decisions that come out of each escalation call. Every action gets assigned to a named person on the team. The executive assessment ships every 24 hours with the current view and the escalation plan.

THE FIRST 24 HOURS

What surfaces on day one.

The engagement starts the hour the contract is signed. Capture interviews go on the calendar the same day with everyone we need to talk to. The first executive assessment is in your hands the next morning. It carries:

  • A reconstructed timeline of the situation, pulled from interviews and from existing Linear and Notion history.
  • The list of decisions the team is waiting on, with the named owner for each.
  • The escalation plan with named contacts at each tier.
  • A forecast of resolution patterns based on the current cadence of activity, with a confidence band and the conditions that would change the forecast.
  • The pending-task surface deduplicated across Linear, Notion, and the team's heads, with priorities.

THE OPERATIONAL CADENCE

What runs every week until the situation closes.

Monday brings a fresh capture round across whoever is on the hot path that week, plus a refresh of the executive assessment. Thursday brings a checkpoint with the senior sponsor and a revised escalation plan against what happened since Monday. The orchestration layer keeps Linear and Notion current the rest of the week without taking the team's hours.

A weekly delta lands in your inbox with the changes since the last assessment. The closer the situation gets to resolved, the smaller the delta. That is the signal to wind the engagement down.

WHAT YOU KEEP

The knowledge infrastructure stays in your tenant.

Every interview is captured into a structured knowledge graph that lives inside your environment, together with the decisions made and the escalations taken. The graph ships integrated with Linear and Notion. The schema is documented in a single page.

When the engagement ends, the entire operating layer migrates to your tenant. You can keep operating it as is, train your own agent against it through the documented schema, or hand it to a new vendor and continue from where we left.

  • The knowledge graph. Every interview, decision, and escalation, indexed by named owner, timestamp, and outcome.
  • The Linear integration. Issues, sub-issues, dependencies, and statuses kept in sync with the orchestration layer.
  • The Notion integration. Decision logs, escalation plans, and the archive of every weekly executive assessment.
  • The orchestration system. Pending-task tracker, online research support for the team, sprint builder, weekly assessment generator.
  • An agent-ready interface. MCP and API access into the corpus so your own agents can read the layer directly.

WHAT IT COSTS

The monthly rate is the equivalent of a single project manager.

The rate is $5,000 USD per month. Payments run on your payroll cycle at $2,500 per pay cycle, so the cost lines up with the rhythm finance already runs.

The minimum engagement is four months, which is the time the capture pass, the orchestration layer, and the weekly executive assessment need to land and become useful. After that, you can pause for any reason. The knowledge infrastructure stays with you, integrated with the Linear and Notion you already operate.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Hosting and model costs are on us.

The infrastructure runs inside our environment for the duration of the engagement. All LLM costs sit on our P&L, with no metered passthrough. The team running the engagement is ours: the people doing the capture interviews, the people operating the orchestration layer, and the person writing the weekly executive assessment.

At the end of the four months, the knowledge infrastructure migrates into your tenant, integrated with the Linear and Notion you already operate. You inherit the running system, the documented schema, and the archive of every interview, decision, and assessment from the engagement.
