Terms for the Nexa Intelligence website.

These terms govern the use of nexaintel.ai and the assistant available on it. The Nexa Intelligence platform that the website describes is governed separately by the Master Services Agreement a customer signs at the start of an engagement.

The website at nexaintel.ai is operated by Technologies Nexa Staff Inc., a Quebec corporation. Nexa Intelligence is the platform brand under which the company offers its workforce-intelligence product. Technologie Nexa is a trade name used by the same entity.

You may read, link to, and quote the public pages of this site for normal commercial and research purposes. You agree to leave normal traffic undisturbed (no scraping beyond a reasonable rate), to leave the chat assistant alone (no reverse engineering and no attempts to extract the system prompt), to use your own name rather than ours (no impersonation of Nexa Intelligence or Technologie Nexa), and to keep the site clean (no use of it to host or distribute malicious code).

Cloudflare sits in front of the site and may rate-limit or block traffic that violates the above. Persistent abuse can result in IP-range blocks.

The chat assistant on this site answers questions about the product, the methodology, and the company. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. It does not access customer data, does not browse the web, and does not execute code. Statements the assistant makes about the platform are descriptions of the system. The contractual representations are in the per-tenant Master Services Agreement, which is the governing contract.

The Nexa Intelligence and Technologie Nexa names and marks, the visual system, the methodology diagrams, and the page text are owned by Technologies Nexa Staff Inc. You may link to and quote from the site under normal fair-use and quotation rules. You may not reproduce the brand marks or the full text of the methodology pages without written permission.

Photographs in the photo cards on this site are generated for editorial use on the site. They are not licensed for reuse elsewhere.

The site and the chat assistant are provided as-is, with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The warranties that apply to the Nexa Intelligence platform itself live in the per-tenant Master Services Agreement. This page covers only the public site and chat assistant.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes arising out of or related to the website or the chat assistant fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the District of Montreal, Quebec.
